Apex Legends: Release Date Revealed for The Cross-Play Feature


Apex Legends is on the market of battle-royale games for only about a year and a half, and it gathered over 70 million players only in 2019. One big advantage of the game is that it was made free-to-play by the developer Respawn Entertainment.

Apex Legends is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will surely be available for the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X as well, considering that both upcoming gaming machines were announced to be featuring backwards compatibility for the predecessor consoles. Cross-play for Apex Legends release date

No official announcements exist for the release date of the cross-play feature, but judging by reliable sources, players will be able to encounter one-another in Apex Legends and from different platforms starting this fall.

Battle royale games are on the rise in recent years, and Apex Legends is only one game of this genre.
