We all know how 2020 has managed to be a nightmare from so many points of view for everyone around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has made it a tough time to live, and we all need to adjust to the idea that this virus would not go away that easily. It has affected our daily lives, it has affected the entertainment industry, and we need to get used to the situation for now.
Of course, we are sure that many films and TV shows will approach the idea of the virus. Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 are just a clear example. South Park is one of them, too.
When to watch the pandemic special
Trey Parker and Matt Stone created the show, and it has been with us since 1997. They have approached all kinds of subjects – many way too controversial – and now they are about to talk about COVID-19. They will make a pandemic special, and we are here to tell you when and how to watch it.
The South Park pandemic special will air on Comedy Central on the 30th of September, 2020, at 8:00 PM. This is a historical episode since it is the first hour-long episode to be ever made by the South Park creators.
The synopsis of the episode says: “Randy comes to terms with his role in the Covid-19 outbreak as the on-going pandemic presents continued challenges to the citizens of South Park. The kids happily head back to school, but nothing resembles the normal that they once knew; not their teachers, not their homeroom, not even Eric Cartman.”
