Many Zelda fans had high hopes when Nintendo and Koei Tecmo announced Hyrule Warriors: Age of calamity, a game that takes place 100 years before the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
It appears that Lon Lon Ranch was added to Age of Calamity. In the newest Treehouse: Live, Nintendo representatives displayed a training mission featuring a hammer-wielding Link fighting off waves upon waves of soldiers and the Goron Champion!
“This location is very familiar, it appeared as ruins in Breath of the Wild, but now before the calamity, it’s in its heyday. And it’s very cool to see what it looked like before it got destroyed.”
Soon, social media started comparing the map to Lon Lon Ranch from Breath of the Wild and the original location in the Nintendo 64 title – The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
