While the ongoing pandemic causes plenty of suffering and life losses in the United States, it seems that at least one of the top companies is not showing signs of slowing down its activity too much: Motorola. After a break of several years, the manufacturer headquartered in Chicago is preparing the launch of another high-end smartphone.
The name of the upcoming gadget is Edge+, and it’s a true beauty. It has a pretty unique design of curved glass that unfolds even above the non-sharp edges. The display measures 6.7 inches, and the battery truly shines.
The reveal will take place on April 22
There is no false rumor, as Motorola itself made the big announcement on Twitter:
It’s arriving. Join us for the Motorola Flagship Launch E-vent, April 22nd, 11AM CDT. pic.twitter.com/FNqbOskRxg

Since it’s highly recommended for citizens to stay at home as much as possible during these hard times for the planet, the event will most probably be seen only online.
How great will the flagship be?
Motorola’s upcoming flagship is expected to be the perfect gadget for those who want as much as possible from a smartphone. Having a Snapdragon 865 chip and 8GB to 12GB of RAM, the flagship is expected to be an excellent choice for gaming, running powerful apps, or handling multiple tabs in a browser.
The photos you can expect to be taking while using Motorola’s next flagship will be way off the charts in terms of quality. The phone will most likely be packing a 108 MP primary rear camera with wide-angle and telephoto sensors.
As for the battery, Edge+ will also shine in this area as well. Having a 5000 mAh battery power, being able to keep this smartphone energized for more than a whole day at full usage, should be a piece of cake. We don’t know anything about an eventual fast charging feature yet, but it’s most likely that it will be available as well.
