After a lot of delays, Nokia finally seems prepared to launch its 9.3 PureView model. The culprit for the delays is, as you’ve already guessed: the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Nokia seems to be somehow suffering from the Samsung syndrome – both brands are releasing a staggering amount of phones.
Nokia Power User issues a new report that you shouldn’t miss:
Now, it seems Nokia Mobile has already started preliminary preparations for these high-profile launches. We just got tipped about Nokia 9.3 PureView clear case listings by our sources in retail. While we are not posting screenshots and links of the listings on request of our source, we can confirm the listings are authentic.
There’s no release date available for the phone yet, but we have the specs. And thankfully, they’re pretty impressive.
8K video recording
The cameras for this gadget are off the charts. There’s a quad-camera mounted on the rear that’s capable of 108 MP for the wide lens. The telephoto sensor packs 8MP, the ultrawide snapper is capable of 13 MP, and the TOF 3D depth module is also worth mentioning. The main camera also has the following features: Zeiss optics, dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, and panorama. When it comes to the video recording, things are looking good once again: 8K@30fps, 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps, gyro-EIS.
As for the dual selfie camera, the first thing that has to be highlighted is the 4K video recording at 30fps. You can also lower it down to 1080p for 30fps.
There’s no wonder why ‘Pure View’ appears in the name of the upcoming Nokia model. The device is equipped with a P-OLED display, and it measures 6.7 inches. The resolution measures 1440 x 2880 pixels.
Nokia PureView 9.3 runs on Android 10, it’s equipped with the Snapdragon 865 processor, and it has 6 to 8 GB of RAM. Last but not least, we have to mention the 5000mAh battery.
