Realme 2 Pro was launched back in 2018, and it has received many firmware updates ever since. The company has released a new update with some new features, and they also updated to the latest Android security patch. Their latest update, RMX1801EX_11_C.27, comes with voice calling over Wi-Fi for the Jio and Airtel users in India. They added VoWiFi calling for Airtel and Jio and the Realme 3 Pro handset, and users will soon be able to get access to this feature.
As per some screenshots, the RMX1801EX_11_C.27 is 660MB in size, and it comes with the March 2020 security patch. Jio and Airtel users can now make phone calls over the Internet. The update also comes with swipe gestures. This will allow users to go back to any screen by swiping in from the two sides of the phone. You will be able to enable this feature from the Settings menu. It will have the Android 9, and, as per the roadmap of the company, the phone will finally get Android 10 in June 2020.
In order to see if you got the latest update, go to Settings and find Software Updates. There, you should see the latest RMX1801EX_11_C.27 firmware. However, not all the Realme 2 Pro users will get the latest update right now, and some will have to wait for a few more days. They have not updated their official websites about the latest firmware, which probably means that the manual download is not possible right now.
The previous Realme 2 Pro update, RMX1801EX_11_C.26, came with some fantastic features, like dark mode, flash on call, and the January 2020 security patch.
