The device, Samsung’s Galaxy S20 FE (Fan Edition), appears like it was priced similar to Google’s next flagship, which would reportedly cost $699.

To shave the cost a bit, Samsung made some sacrifices in the design and camera departments.
However, its goal of overpowering its devices with top-tier specifications is still noticeable, especially with the 120Hz FHD+ Super AMOLED display.
120Hz displays aren’t frequently present on budget devices.
Samsung has undoubtedly set a new standard for mid-tier devices.
Samsung’s Galaxy S20FE surprised everybody with its high refresh rate, providing crisp quality immediately noticeable from 90Hz and 60Hz devices.
Samsung made the smart move of including the FE with the highly capable MOGA XP5-X Plus controller. Also, the company included three months free of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
It’s no wonder that Google will lose some potential customers due to the Pixel 5’s 90Hz refresh rate.
Samsung’s deal is the second reason why customers will be less tempted by Google’s device. The Moga controller usually retails for about seventy dollars while the Game Pass Ultimate costs about fifteen dollars a month.
