The Elder Scrolls 6 Update: What We Have So Far?

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim was an absolutely massive success. Following that installment, rumors began almost immediately about another part in the well-known series. Finally putting an end to the speculation, Bethesda recently made a statement confirming the comeback of the series.

It has already been two years since Elder Scrolls 6 was originally announced. However, there is no confirmation regarding the release date. Rumors have been going on, as they always do in the gaming community, that Bethesda will announce a new title soon. Once they announce the new title, they might also give a few updates regarding the upcoming Elder Scrolls 6.

Todd Howard, the lead developer at Bethesda, has advised IGN that everybody has got to stick to their own at E3 2019. His statement verifies the rumor that the Elder Scrolls 6 will not be released within the next couple of years. A lot of fans have believed that the game will release any day now, but, unfortunately, we have to wait at least until 2023 or even 2024.

For now, there is no gameplay trailer of the Elder Scrolls 6. The only thing fans can hold on to for now is a little teaser about the game. Unfortunately, this teaser does not contain any actual footage of the game. Because of that, there are no specifics we can say about the gameplay of the next installment in the series. For now, we really can’t predict anything about the gameplay, but we assume that it is going to be a lot of the exploring, fighting and making decisions that The Elder Scrolls has accustomed us to.

The game is definitely going to be one of the biggest events in the gaming community when it appears. Because of that, all information about it is held in secrecy by Bethesda. Todd Howard recently affirmed that the company will keep us up to date.
