The Mandalorian: How Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni Will Bring Boba Fett Back for the Second Season

We have recently heard that Temuera Morrison will return to the Star Wars universe. He will play Boba Fett for the second season of The Mandalorian.

Mark Hamill, the actor who portrayed Luke Skywalker, was quite confused because he thought that the hunter will still be stuck in the belly of a Sarlacc.

Lucasfilm or Morrison, they have not said a thing about these rumors. So right now, we are talking about rumors, so we need to take them with a pinch of salt. Hamill has also talked about Jon Favreau, who is the creator of The Mandalorian, and Dave Filoni, the director of the movie, as being the perfect people to find a way to bring back this character to the fans.

In an interview, Mark Hamill – Luke Skywalker – had some things to say about this decision. They asked him about Fitts’ return. He thought that he had already been digested in 10 years. But they are so many ways in which they can bring him back, and Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are the right people to do so. Hamill said that they know it much better than he does. But Hamill is not the only one to be surprised by the return of Fett since he had the last appearance, and it was all long gone into he Great Pit of Carkoon in the famous Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

The Mandalorian is a series created by Jon Favreau, which was released on Disney+. This one is the first live-action series from the Star Wars franchise. The action is set five years after the events from the Return of the Jedi, and 25 years before the events from The Force Awakens. The series follows the character from the titles – the Mandalorian hunter called Din Djarin and his adventures in his way of reaching the New Republic.
