The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 was released this month, and it rapidly conquered the hearts of many fans of the South Korean tech giant. Packed with video recording in 4K, 8GB of RAM, a huge 6.7 inches display, a Snapdragon 865+ processor, and much more, the Galaxy Note 20 model is sure worth its demanded price of about 925 euros.
Galaxy S20 is a bit older model of Samsung, being launched this year in March. Even though it’s still packing powerful specs, fans had been demanding some Note 20 features. And finally, their wish shall be granted. Samsung started to roll out to the Galaxy S20 series the first major operating system update called One UI 2.5.
Galaxy Note 20 had the One UI 2.5 update since the phone arrived in stores
And yes, this means precisely what you already guessed: Samsung Galaxy S20 finally receives features of Note 20. And these features shouldn’t be overlooked at all: wireless DeX, an enhanced Pro video mode, support for full-screen navigation gestures in third party launchers, and more.
With or without Note 20 features, the Galaxy S20 model from Samsung can easily be considered a hell of a phone. The gadget is capable of video recording up to the 8K resolution, it’s packed with 8GB of RAM, a triple camera setup of 64MP mounted on the rear (a wide camera of 12 MP, the telephoto of 64MP, and the ultrawide camera of 12MP). The selfie camera of 10 MP and its video recording capability of 4K at 30/60fps is also worth mentioning.
The One UI 2.5 should arrive to your Galaxy S20 soon if you own such a phone, and it shall have five firmware versions: G981BXXU4BTH5, G986BXXU4BTH5, and G988BXXU4BTH5. The first is for the 5G version of Galaxy S20, the second is destined for Galaxy S20+, while the third is dedicated to the Galaxy S20 Ultra model.
